I can't believe that it's actually 2008! As we get older the years seem to sneak by almost unnoticed. It's easy to get caught up in the fast pace of this world we live in but it is extremely important to our health and happiness to take notice of it, learn to slow the pace down and "smell the roses".
Towards the end of last year I made a decision to follow a passion that I've had since I began studying esthetics back in the early 80s. I decided to put the time aside to actually take a course and become a Registered Aromatherapist. I'm about half way through the course at this point and I can't tell you how facinating it is. There is actually quite alot of scientific evidence out there that supports the efficacy of these amazing gifts from the plant world, and their many benefits to us.
I am currently also working on my website and thought that a blog might be just the thing to complete it. My intentions are to post new information that I come across regarding spa treatments and home care and share my new knowledge in aromatherapy. I hope you find something of interest on my blog, and I welcome comments and questions.
Happy New Year!!!!!
